Breakfast and dinner are delicious, with the chef going to extra lengths to offer different cuisines each day. Onsen facilities are top-notch, and there are multiple indoor and outdoor pools to choose from.
Some guests have mentioned that the air-conditioning in the rooms may be too hot, and that opening the windows for cooling is necessary.

The hotel offered exclusive amenities, including a sauna, massage, public bath, and hot spring bath. the open-air bath provided a breathtaking view, and the room was spacious with luxurious facilities. the service was top-notch, exceeding my expectations.
The hotel's location was a bit out of the way, but frequent buses and nearby convenience stores made it a manageable issue.

The view from the room was amazing, with a beautiful stream flowing below and autumn colors in sight. Staff were attentive and eager to help, making us feel like valued guests. the complimentary afternoon "honey buffet" was a great treat, and there were always beverages available throughout the day.
The traditional meals served were a little too traditional for our taste buds, and there were no English menus available. It was a bit of a hassle to arrive before check-in time to properly register, but we could leave our bags and explore the onsen area.

The breakfast and dinner served were amazing! The view from the room was spectacular as well as the lounge. The hotel location was perfect, a 3-minute walk from the bus stop. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the onsen was private, serene and very relaxing. Plus, it was easy to get to the hotel from the airport by using public transport.
It would have been better to have more information in English to facilitate the communication, also, staff speaking more accurately basic English.
